- Designed and deployed conversational AI voice agents for faculty use, including a donor relations simulation agent enabling students to practice high-stakes fundraising conversations with realistic AI-powered donor personas.
- Built and launched AI agents for tutor training programs focused on soft skills development; iterated on prompt design, conversation flows, and agent behavior to achieve target interaction quality.
- Developing an AI agent integrated with the LMS to assess student knowledge gaps through adaptive dialogue and proactively recommend tutoring resources.

- Reworked the existing game development curriculum for Unity 6, teaching up to 30 undergraduate students 2D game design and C# scripting across sprites, tilemaps, collisions, physics, lighting, and audio. Included brief course section in 3D as well.
- Structured a project-based course where students build four complete games and a collaborative final project, with weekly playtesting and iterative design feedback loops.
